#23 Amber installation instructions: Need for global npm install of bower and grunt-cli ?

Originally at 2014-10-15T05:25:01Z by Hannes Hirzel The [Amber examples readme](https://github.com/amber-smalltalk/amber-examples/blob/master/README.md) and the [Wiki getting started page](https://github.com/amber-smalltalk/amber/wiki/Getting-started) request the global installation of ``bower`` and ``grunt-cli`` whereas the [Amber 0.13.1 readme](https://github.com/amber-smalltalk/amber#0.13.1) does not. **Clarify!** There is no need to replicate these instructions in too many places. So after clarification remove them and replace with a link where appropriate.
