#29 corrected outdated links on homepage

• removed links to now nonexistant wiki
• removed text that only made sense with those wiki links
• updated links to source code and issues

The wiki is still present at github... the "what to contribute" is old, but "to JS and back" is useful and read a lot by newcomers. Could you copy that article to this wiki and just fix the link?
