Bugfix for Issue #150. The diffs look horrible, but only one method
in ClassCategoryReader changed:

compileMethod: aString
| method compiler |
method := (compiler := Compiler new) load: aString forClass: class.
method category: category.
class addCompiledMethod: method.
compiler setupClass: class.

as described in the bugmail.
