#1156 Package with imports containing '!' character commits incorrect .st file

Originally at 2015-02-08T20:02:39Z by Herbert Vojčík closed at 2015-02-13T21:07:08Z The .st files are in chunk format, which uses `!` as delimiter and if actual '!' char is present, it must be escaped as `!!`. If imports contain '!' somewhere, the output in .st file does not escape these.
