#1179 Add Terminal implementation for nodejs platform

Originally at 2015-05-16T18:49:04Z by Herbert Vojčík `Terminal` has its implementation for browser environments (using `window` dialogs). An implementation for cli nodejs should be provided as well. This includes changes to amberc in `external/amber-dev` where such implementation should be included in generated nodejs programs and register itself as a `Terminal` implementation.
