Terminal has its implementation for browser environments (using window dialogs). An implementation for cli nodejs should be provided as well.
This includes changes to amberc in external/amber-dev where such implementation should be included in generated nodejs programs and register itself as a Terminal implementation. It may or may not need the use of some external library, which in that case must be present in amber-dev.
