#63 Added ability to store and load packages from HTML5 local storage

Originally at 2011-09-23T19:04:16Z by JohnnyT closed at 2011-09-29T20:15:24Z (pull request) Shortened button text of package buttons, added 'Local' button which will commit the selected package to localStorage['smalltalk.packages.NAME']. Refactored amber.js and created a JS Amber object. As part of Amber's startup process, all packages stored in localStorage['smalltalk.packages.*'] will be loaded.
