#49 Migrate to current Bootstrap

Originally at 2015-01-20T20:59:14Z by Herbert Vojčík closed at 2015-05-15T18:02:32Z Helios is build on bootstrap2.3.2, which is old and is dragging Amber down with its constraints on jQuery (>=1.8.0 <2.1.0). It would be beneficial to build Helios on something more current.
