#56 Show classes having extension methods *Foo in a class list for a package Foo

Sometimes I want to see where the package adds extension methods, but there is no easy way to do it (looking in the end of .st file, basically).

Classes that contain extension method for a package should be shown in the class list, as well (marked somehow, and showing only *Foo protocol, probably).
