#6 Add a table of contents (TOC)?

Originally at 2015-01-08T14:31:10Z by Hannes Hirzel closed at 2015-06-30T06:26:14Z There are 24 slides at the moment (to check). It might be good to have a small table of contents with about three or four entries to jump to a particular slide. Are there some topics which are missing?
