Different source of bootstrap 2.3.2. Fixes issue pointed by @siemenbaader.

Getting bootstrap 2.3.2 in classical way is not possible, so alternatives must be used.
The previous alternative did not report that version used is indeed 2.3.2,
This should be better in that regard.
