#10 Use test runner from amber-dev.

Include grunt target to compile test runner in Gruntfile.js as well as command to run this runner in package.json, analogically to how amber itself have it.

Of course, do not include all those libraries that are in amber - they are needed for amber tests, the new project's test_runner target should compile just SUnit and the project's tests.
