#10 Use test runner from amber-dev.

Originally at 2014-04-21T17:08:06Z by Herbert Vojčík closed at 2014-05-04T12:31:31Z Include grunt target to compile test runner in `Gruntfile.js` as well as command to run this runner in `package.json`, analogically to how amber itself have it. Of course, do not include all those libraries that are in amber - they are needed for amber tests, the new project's `test_runner` target should compile just `SUnit` and the project's tests.
